The Sun Conjunct Pluto At the Last Degree of Capricorn

The Sun has conjuncted with Pluto for the last time at 29 degrees in the Capricorn sign. I say the last time because the next Capricorn conjunction will happen in the year 2254. Perhaps we’ll encounter it again in our next life 🙂

This conjunction is very significant because it marks the end of a period at 29 degrees and we are gradually transitioning to the Pluto in Aquarius era. Pluto, positioned at the final degrees of Capricorn, facilitates the removal of decayed values from our lives, paving the way for the emergence of new values. Many events we are currently witnessing around the world are under the influence of Pluto. Wars, military events, volcanic activities, nuclear armament, border security, economic crises…

Pluto represents those who control vast wealth, banks, corporations, and oil companies. Over the next 20 years, as Pluto transits through the sign of Aquarius, we will witness how those in power shift and transform. Progress in technology, the emergence and acceptance of new professions, and an increase in the level of consciousness among people will be influenced by Pluto in Aquarius. Particularly, starting from July 2025, with Uranus moving into the sign of Gemini, there will be a leap in technological developments. New discoveries and inventions in science will emerge. Pluto is associated with nuclear energy, radiation, plutonium, and uranium. Developments in quantum physics, robots, the metaverse, cryptocurrencies, and other areas are expected to unfold.

In addition to this collective structure, I would like to discuss Pluto’s individual impact on an astrological chart. Pluto represents the depths of your being – the minerals under the ground, the dark passages, the aspects of yourself you’d rather keep hidden. Knowing these hidden tunnels within you well allows your mind to work in harmony with your heart, your soul with your body, and your body with your mind. In other words, by ignoring or bombing the hidden tunnels, you cannot reach yourself 🙂 You must inevitably pass through those dark paths, confront your own darkness, and accept it. Only through this process can you discover the true power within you. True transformation and spiritual development occur in this way. I recommend reading about Jung’s Persona and Shadow archetypes for further insights on this matter.

Heraclitus in his Fragments:

“Their processions and their phallic hymns would be disgraceful exhibitions were it not that they are done in honor Dionysus. But Dionysus in whose honor they rave and hold revels, is the same as Hades.”

The joy of living, dedicated to the festivities of Dionysus, the god of sprouting and growth, means the same for Heraclitus as the god of destruction and oblivion, Hades. Because only the person who sees death in life and life in death can attain the secret of existence.

With love, Vesta. 💜
